When I launched KentManning, my goal was simple: to build an executive search practice grounded in relationships, trust, and thoughtful partnership. After spending years recruiting for global brands, I knew there was an opportunity to do search differently - more personally, more intentionally, and more aligned with the long-term success of both clients and candidates.
Over time, KentManning grew alongside incredible clients and leaders, particularly across the consumer, retail, and technology landscapes. As demand increased and searches became more complex and geographically diverse, I began to think deeply about how to scale without sacrificing the personalized, founder-led approach that defines KentManning.
That reflection ultimately led me to Waterstone Human Capital.
