Rachel Kent is a seasoned recruiter with over two decades of experience at some of the world’s leading brands, including Abercrombie & Fitch, Fossil, Sabre, and Qualtrics. Her passion for recruiting and innate entrepreneurial spirit led Rachel to venture on her own to launch KentManning—her maiden and married names—with the goal of transforming the executive search landscape. Her approach combines deep industry knowledge with a personal touch, ensuring that each recruitment process is tailored to the unique needs of both clients and candidates.

As a proud alum of the University of Oklahoma, Rachel splits her time between Dallas, TX, Bartlesville, OK, and Stockholm, Sweden. When she’s not connecting worldclass talent with her client partners, you can find her exploring new restaurants, planning her next international trip, or cheering on the Sooners.
